The PBC turnout for Camp Okihi is predicted to be 10-12, and I, the Hangman, will need help running the PBC's.

Have you wanted to help PXL put on a doins, but had no idea where to start?
Have you ever had the desire to be a Vigilante for the chapter?
Have you ever wondered what it is they do, (besides yell alot)?

Well now's your chance to answer questions or make your dreams of grandure come true.  Contact me, the Hangman, through the PXL website, E-mail, or in person on Friday.

P.S. If your interrested, here are some basic questions and answers:

What is a Vigilante?
The Hangman is entrusted with ensuring the safety of the PBC's, much like an officer is responsible for someone under arrest.
The Hangman selects a cadre of brothers he can trust to protect the PBC's from abuse by the Red Shirts.  This cadre are the Vigilantes.

What does it take to be a Vigilante?
First and foremost, self control.  "Vigilante" is a position of great responsibility and limited authority.

What are the limitations on a Vigilante?
A Vigilante must be sober, and can not drink alcohol, while PBC's are under the care of the chapter.
A Vigilante is not allowed to "dirty-up" a PBC.  (PXL run a clean initiation.  That means OUR RULES are tighter than the GC rules.)
A Vigilante must have any PBC activity pre-approved by the Hangman

What is a Vigilante responsible for?
  Safety of the PBC's.
  Keeping the Hangman informed.

What authority does a Vigilante have?
In the absence of the Hangman, a Vigilante has the authority to do what it takes to keep a PBC safe.  This usually entails keeping the Red Shirts away from the PBCs.  Red Shirts can yell all they want, but we must keep them from having physical fun with the PBCs (no liquids, no touching, no insertions,... no shit!).
